About growing peanuts! comments info - . according to some sources..... in the raw uncured stage they do contain some low level toxin that diminishes when dried for a while so if you eat a lot of raw they would be best dried for a while first....not straight out of the ground. The mold issue is another issue. Some say to add Vit C to the butter etc inorder to counteract that.
